Mr. Swidler uses his diverse business experience and professional training to benefit RSM Richter in a number of ways. As Managing Partner, he is responsible for the direction and strategic vision for the firm. As an Advisor to clients, he provides high-level expertise and business knowledge.

Mr. Swidler is well-regarded for his expertise and insolvency and corporate restructuring. He devotes a significant amount of his time to this complex area providing creative solutions to challenging financial problems. Mr. Swidler obtained his Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University (1965) and his Bachelor of Civil Law from McGill University (1969).
