Jeff Johnson is a Partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and a Senior Vice President of PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. He is responsible for the FirmÂ’s Advisory Services practice in the Winnipeg office, covering the Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Northwestern Ontario markets. Winnipeg Advisory comprises approximately 30 professional / practice staff, responsible for the delivery of a variety of Transaction, Risk & Regulatory and Performance Improvement services.

Over the past 25 years, Jeff has focused on the delivery of corporate restructuring, strategy and planning services. He devotes a significant portion of his time to advising private companies, financial institutions and other stakeholders in matters of financial uncertainty and business recovery.
