Harry Fogul is Partner with Aird & Berlis LLP Restructuring Group. Harry has an extensive insolvency practice which involves receiverships, bankruptcies, liquidations, restructurings, workouts and security realization. He has an active practice advising debtors with respect to defending secured creditor enforcement and advising them with respect to restructurings under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and the Companies Creditors Arrangement Act. Harry has been involved in many major insolvencies and restructurings including Olympia & York Developments Limited, Central Capital Corporation, First City Trust Company, Standard Trust Company, Campeau Corporation, The Algoma Steel Corporation, Limited, Bramalea Inc., Cadillac Fairview Inc., Confederation Treasury Services Limited, Confederation Life Insurance Company, Royal Oak Mines Inc., Anvil Range Mining Corporation, The T. Eaton Company Limited, The Loewen Group Inc., Canada 3000 and Air Canada.
