Intervention Documents

The IIC has intervened in a number of cases including Indelax, Callidus, Canada North and Third Eye Capital. Copies of the documents filed are available to members through the members-only side of the website, under Documents>Interventions.

Journal of the Insolvency Institute of Canada

The IIC publishes an annual Journal of papers that cover a wide range of insolvency-related subjects dealing with both domestic and cross-border issues. Contributions to the Journal come from representatives of the profession and academia from across Canada, including members and non-members of the IIC.

The IIC Journal is available online through Thomson Reuters. An electronic version of the Journal is available to subscribers with InsolvencySource.
